We provide telephone advice services to residential tenants statewide, please call 1300 652 641 or 6223 2641

Our services will usually be picked up by an answering machine, as we do our best to respond to calls in the order they are received. Please leave your name and phone number and we will getÌýback to you within one business day, calls are returned Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4pm.

Please don’t try to give the details of your issue on the answering machine, it’s best for us to discuss theseÌýwith you when we return your call.
